A merry and bright wintery card in blue, white and silver with lots of glitter!

Never ending stoory lalalalalalalalalala!

HEHE!
***

Sorry if I gave you a naging song on the brain just now but I just couldn't help myself! LOL! You see, I've made a Never Ending Card and this song just popped in my head right away:) I promise it'll pass any time soon.. Now over to the card I wanna show you. It's been both fun and time consuming to make, a LOT of paper to cut and glue, and then all the details that had to come together, BUT I finished it earlier today and now I have the time to publish it. I found a great tutorial as a link from Lilly of the Valley and you can check it out HERE if you like :) It's not as easy to show the card in a proper way through pictures, but I hope you get the general idea.

***
Framsiden: Tekststempelet er fra KH Design og sier "Gledelig Jul"
***
The front: The sentiment is from KH Design and says "Merry Christmas"

Then you open the card by opening up the left and right side of the card:

***
The inside after the first fold. I'm not totally pleased with it since you probably shouldn't be able to see either Tilda or the stamped sentiment on the nest fold.. The sentiment says; " Heavenly joys comes down like beautiful snowcrystals and gives light in the winter dark"

***
The next two pictures show the next fold where you lift the sentiment and the snowman to reveal what's behind.

***
Here lies Tilda thinking and the sentiment besides her says " Time for contemplation". I've decorated with some lace and silvery pearls.

***
Here comes the next fold and as you can see it comes between Tilda and the sentiment when you fold the sides backwards.

***
You've now reached the second last fold on the card and here I have decorated with some Christmas gifts from Magnolia and a sentiment from Anka Design that says:" Snipp, snapp, snute then the wait is over!" (I don't know how to translate the three first words, it's a norwegian term we use at the end of a fairytale).

***
Here comes the final fold, and as you can see on the picture below you're now at the beginning of the card again!!! Like the name "Never Ending Card" says, you can fold it and fold it for as long as you can be bothered without it stopping:) Just like the title says! ;)

This card covers 4 different challenges:
Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge "Four seasons"
Charisma Cardz: "Merry & Bright"
Cute Card Thursday: "Glitter me Silly!"
Colour Create: "Blue, Silver and White"

CS: Bazzill blue & white
DP: Magnolia
Stamps: Magnolia, KH Design, Anka Design
Accessories: Lace, silvery pearls, Martha Stewart snowflake punch, glimmermist, stickles, Tim Holtz grungeboard.

A distressed, snowy and blingy easel card!

Good Tuesday to you all!

Here comes a new Christmas card from me, been in a Christmasy mood lately and with the brand new stamps and papers from Magnolia I'm just in heaven! The stamps are sooo adorable and those papers are so yummy! My sewingmachine has gone warm on this card lol, I just love that look with the distressing. I've actually managed to cover 5 challenges(!!!) with this card, that's pretty good I think! :) I've made an EASEL CARD which is this weeks challenge over at Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge.
At
Cupcake Craft Challenge they want to see SNOW in some form on your card and at Allsorts Challenge they want you to bring out the BLING. Last but not least, at Just Magnolia and Everybody-Art-Challenge they want to see DISTRESSING on your project and here is what I came up with:
Here the card lies folded together. I've made a solution to keep it together (got pictures further down) so it easily can be mailed to the recipient.

Here's some pictures of the standing EASEL CARD from different angles

The sentiment I've used is from Ladybugandfriends and the sentiment says "A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year". As you can see I've used one of the snowflakes to support the card when it stands.

I chose to decorate the back of the card too, but I made it very simple using a paper doily. I've put on a pair of snaps to close the card so it can lie flat.

A little closeup on the closing mechanism

This is the bottom of the card, or the back when it's closed together. Decorated with some snowflakes, brown strawthingy (never remember the name..) and my personal stamp
Painted with Distress Ink Refills
CS: Bazzill
DP: Magnolia
Stamps: Magnolia So Jolly Collection, Ladybugandfriends
Accessories: Sewing machine, sandingblock and edgescraper from Making Memories, Cats eye Chalk, Maya Road Chipboard snowflake, pearls from Kort og Godt, brown stringything from Panduro, Martha Stewart snowflakepunch and glitter, vintage buttons from Ebay, paper doily, stickles from Ranger, string and snaps from my stash.

Thank you so much for all of your wonderful comments, you guys are the best!

I wasn't ready for that yet, but I guess it'll give the right boost for starting the Christmas card production for the year;) Now on to this weeks challenge at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge blog, this week we have a SKETCH challenge for you! The sentiment is from Ladybugandfriends and it says; "Even if it rains and the day is grey, the sun shines when I think about you"

A little closeup on Tilda in the rain

The inside: Made it very simple with the same paper, pearls, some nesties and rubons. The sentiment in the oval says; "Good friends"

Papertake Weekly does Roses On Paper...

God Jul / Merry Christmas

I got these new Magnolia stamps from the new Jolly Collection in the mail today so I just had to play!! Aren't they just adorable?! I rarely find time to join challenges anymore, but today I just decided to take the time and make a card. I've used the sketch provided over at Papertake Weekly Challenge and at Roses on Paper and Belles'n Whistles Combined Challenge blog the theme is Christmas so it fits too:)

I've used a cinnamon stick that I've pimped a little. It really smells Christmas to me:)

Innsiden

The inside
On the inside I used one more of the adorable Christmas stamps and on the left I've made a pocket with a little tag in.

The tag has a sentiment from Norsk Stempelblad and it says; A warm Christmas greeting to you from us

The card also has a big tag on the side that you can pull out and write a personal greeting on.

DT Stamptacular Sunday Challenge Blog "Friendship"

It's Sunday and time for a brand new challenge at Stamtacular Sunday Challenge blog. This time we want you to make a card for a special friend. I've made a card with one of the newest little angels from hÄnglar och stÄnglar called "Kram tjej" og "Hugging girl" if you like. I think she's just adorable and perfect for a card for a friend. I've used a text stamp from Norsk Stempelblad which says "Warm hugs". The beautiful papers are all from Maja Design.

This week we are also lucky to have two sponsors for our challenge, both with great prizes!
Our first sponsors this week is our very own Liza, and the price is this snowflake embossing folder from Cuttlebug.

Our second sponsor this week is
Doodle street by Cassandra
Prize: one digi-image of winner's choice

Now over to my card for the challenge..

I had a hard time getting good photos of my card this time. I've showered my card in Glimmer mist so it keeps reflecting in the photos. I added this photo so you can see the shimmer that covers the card. It's not so noticeable in real life.

The inside/Innsiden:

Beautiful butterflies...
Nydelige sommerfugler...

The sentiment on the inside:
A hug is like a handshake from the heart

Baksiden/The back: On the back I've used the same layout as the front, the rubon says "Friendship"

CS: Bazzill
DP: Maja Design
Stamps: hÄnglar och stÄnglar Kram tjej, Norsk Stempelblad
Accessories: Scrappersfloss, charms and flowers from Hobbyhimmelen, qk-leaves, prima roses, Karen Marie Klip butterflies (Panduro), Glimmermist Tattered Rose, Fiskars punch, ribbon from Papirloftet, rubons from Norsk Stempelblad.

DT Stamptacular Sunday Challenge "It's Fall Y'all"

It's time for a brand new challenge at the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge blog called It's Fall Y'all! Our sponsor this week is Shaz from Funkyfairys Papercrafts and the fabulous prize you can win are these gorgous papers:

Here is my DT submission for this weeks challenge.
I just love these earthly colors and the gorgous papers from Maja Design is a joy to work with:) I've masked together 3 stamps from Magnolias Fall Collection last year. I've painted with my Distress Inks as always, and put some Diamond Glaze on the orange flowers.

Her er mitt DT bidrag for denne ukes utfordring.
On the left side I've put in a little tag with some Autumn Wishes. The sentiment is also from Magnolia. I've used a Fiskars punch on the tag.

A little closeup...

The inside:

This is the text on the inside of the card. This is written and printed out on my computer.

The wholde inside of the card:
